At Lonsdale Medical Centre, we’re proud to have a vibrant and engaged Patient Participation Group (PPG) that plays a key role in helping us improve our services and strengthen the connection between the practice and our community. Our PPG members are active, friendly, and always eager to welcome new faces!

Why join the PPG?

By becoming a part of our PPG, you’ll have the opportunity to:

• Help make a real difference to the practice and the care we offer
• Share your ideas and feedback on how we can improve our services
• Meet other patients and be a part of an inclusive, supportive community
• Enjoy a relaxed atmosphere with tea, snacks, and a warm welcome!

How it works

• Quarterly meetings: We hold relaxed, informal meetings every three months—no need to book in advance. Just come along, enjoy some tea/food, and get involved.
• Everyone’s welcome: Whether you're a long-time patient or new to the practice, all are welcome to join the group and contribute their voice.
