We are an NHS GP Training Practice based in Queens Park.
Our main site is Lonsdale Medical Centre. We also have a branch site in Kilburn Lane called Blessing Site.
All patients registered with Lonsdale can use either site. Our practice always welcomes new patients and you can now register online.
