  • DVLA (without examination): £40.00
  • Shotgun Licence: £100.00
  • Adoption Medicals (per person): £100.00
  • HGV / DVLA Exam / PSV / Taxi / Racing Driver / Diving / Fitness for Sport (per 30 mins) - For registered patients only: £100.00
  • Solicitor’s Reports (per 30 mins): £160.00
  • To Whom It May Concern (e.g., letters for work, university, school): £35.00
  • Health Questionnaires for private gyms and clubs: £30.00
  • Verification of ID (including driving licence photo): £15.00
  • Seatbelt Exemption (clinical reason): £35.00
  • Power of Attorney – Witnessing: £90.00
  • Exemption of Power of Attorney: £160.00
  • Fit to Travel / Fly – Pregnant women only (based on GP’s decision): £35.00
  • Insurance Claim for Holiday Cancellation (based on named GP’s decision): Price depends on the claim
  • Private Prescription for Malaria Prevention: £15.00
  • Sick Note (for absence less than 1 week): £25.00
  • Fitness Certificate / Sickness Letter for Work: £35.00
  • Sickness Absence / Accident Report: £180.00 (pro rata)
