We would like to invite all patients registered at Lonsdale Medical Centre to our next Patient Participation Group (PPG) meeting.

The meeting will take place on Tuesday 16 June from 6:30pm to 8:00pm at the practice. There is no need to book – just come along on the evening. Everyone registered at the practice is welcome.

The Patient Participation Group (PPG) is a chance for patients and the practice team to meet, talk and share ideas. It gives patients the opportunity to hear updates from the practice, ask questions and talk about ways we can improve services for everyone.

You do not need any experience or special knowledge to come along. Some people come to ask questions, some come to listen, and some like to share ideas or feedback. Whether this is your first meeting or you have been before, you will be very welcome.

We want the meeting to feel relaxed, friendly and open to everyone. It is a chance to talk about things that matter to patients, hear what is happening at the practice, and have your say. If there is something you would like to ask or discuss, there will be time for a general question and answer session.

We are always pleased to see new faces and would love more patients to get involved with the PPG at Lonsdale Medical Centre. Your views help us understand what matters most to patients and how we can continue to improve care and services.

Soft drinks, sandwiches and fruit will be provided, and we hope you can join us for a friendly and informal evening.
