Lonsdale Medical Centre is part of a new project called Kilburn Integrated Neighbourhood. It brings together local GP surgeries to work as a team, so patients get better care and easier access to their doctor.
To make this work, we need your help. We’re running a focus group where patients can share their views on getting appointments and using their GP surgery.

This is your chance to tell us what’s working and what isn’t. Do you find it easy to book an appointment? Is there anything that could be better? Your answers will help shape how GP services work across the area in the future.
It’s a face-to-face session, so you’ll get to speak directly with the team and meet other patients from the neighbourhood.
