At Lonsdale Medical Centre, we sometimes use secure AI scribe tools (Tortus Scribe and Heidi Scribe) to help doctors and nurses take notes during your appointment. This means they can spend more time listening to you instead of typing.

How it works

• We ask your permission before using an AI scribe
• The scribe listens and writes a draft of the chat
• Your clinician checks and approves the notes
• Audio is not stored, and drafts are deleted within 24 hours

Your choice

You can say no at any time. This will not affect your care.
