Our CQC Report – We are happy to share the results of our latest check by the Care Quality Commission (CQC).
The CQC is an independent group that makes sure health services in England are safe, caring, effective, and well-run.
Lonsdale Medical Centre was rated Good overall. We were also rated Outstanding in 6 areas.
Outstanding areas:
- Helping people to live healthier lives
- Looking after staff wellbeing
- Providing care that is quick and joined-up
- Fair treatment for all patients
- Strong leadership
- Working with partners, learning, and improving
Other highlights from the report:
- Great support for patients and carers who need extra help
- Using digital tools to make it easier to get care
- Patients said they feel listened to and respected
- Staff work well together and always look to improve
