We are pleased to invite patients to the PPG Meeting Patient Participation Group (PPG) meeting at Lonsdale Medical Centre. The meeting will take place on Tuesday 10 February, starting at 6:30pm at the practice and running until 8:00pm. There is no need to book—patients can simply turn up on the evening. All patients registered with the practice are warmly welcome to attend.

The February PPG meeting is an open and friendly forum designed to strengthen communication between patients and the practice team. It offers patients the opportunity to hear updates, ask questions, and share ideas about how services are delivered and how patient experience can continue to improve. Meetings are chaired by members of the PPG core group, who help guide discussion and ensure everyone has the chance to contribute.

We are always pleased to welcome new attendees. Whether this is your first meeting or you have attended before, your views and questions are valued. The atmosphere is informal and inclusive, with plenty of time set aside for Q&A and discussion.

Topics planned for this February meeting include an introduction to our new Primary Care Network, Brent Beacon PCN, and what this means for patients and services going forward. We will also discuss AI tools being explored for use within the practice, explaining how they support staff, improve efficiency, and help maintain safe, high-quality care. In addition, there will be updates on new staff, giving patients the chance to learn more about recent additions to the team.
