Culinary Medicine – In March 2025, we welcomed four trainee chefs from Feltre, Italy. They visited us with the head of hospitality from Westminster Kingsway Catering College. This was the start of an exciting exchange programme to share skills and promote healthy cooking.

The visit joined up with our St. Patrick’s Day celebrations. We cooked Irish dishes like soda bread and stew, as well as healthy Italian recipes. It was a great mix of traditions and a fun way to learn from each other.
