Patient Advice and Liaison Service

At Lonsdale we are committed to listening to our patient views. From February 2020, we will be starting weekly clinics with a member of the Management Team to discuss non clinical issues.

The clinics are weekly and bookable by Reception and appointments are for 30 minutes and can be for comments, complaints, help understanding services and processes in the Practice or the wider NHS.

Please note we are unable to respond to any complaints about other NHS Services.
