Jessica has been attending the Wellbeing Café since October and guiding the group in short meditations. She engages the people present in short practices of mindfulness, breathwork, and gratitude. This was a special request/wish of attendees at the Wednesday Wellbeing Cafe, and it has felt like a dream come true to have her attending and bringing her skill and experience to the group.
Jessica said: “It has been a real eye-opener running these short sessions…at how engaged they are and also how willing they are to try out new skills. After each session, people express their gratitude at how it has helped them feel calmer and happier, and a few have been trying out my meditations outside of the café. It just shows that people of any age can learn new skills to benefit their life. I love the Wellbeing Café – it is a special gathering where we all feel that connection to ourselves AND to each other” Some more information about Jessica: Jessica is a Wellbeing Coach who teaches Mindfulness and Breathwork. She works with people both individually and in groups in organisations offering workshops and courses to help people de-stress, find calm, and feel happier. She offers wellbeing solutions that can be weaved into our modern daily lives with minimum effort and maximum impact.
