If you see what appears to be a food delivery cyclist with a Lonsdale badge and a large blue bag around the streets in the next couple of weeks, it is probably one of our GP’s with our “Housebound Winter Vaccine Delivery Service”. This year we are determined to vaccinate all of our housebound patients with seasonal flu and covid-19 booster vaccines as early in the season as possible, and with that in mind have started in earnest with 30 home visits done today. We are calling all of our house-bound patients to offer this over the next couple of weeks.
